Q. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A. We are quite flexible with the MOQ. No matter what quantity you order, we offer the same quality level and support.

Q. Do you charge shipping/delivery charges?
A. We do not charge any extra fees for the shipping etc. Based on our simple pricing model we offer all-inclusive Quotes.

Q. What are these boxes made from?
A. We use eco-friendly raw materials. Mainly our material is recyclable.

Q. Can you print pictures over the boxes?
A. Of course, by using the latest techniques we can print any graphics like logos, pictures, etc. on the boxes.

Q. Do you provide a mock-up for proofing before starting the production?
A. Yes, we can provide digital proof, 3D mock-up and physical sample (on demand).

Q. Can you make boxes with custom dimensions?
A. Yes, we create boxes with any custom dimension as they are produced from scratch.

Q. We have multiple products of different sizes. How can we put them in the same box?
A. You can have 1 master box for all the products, also need an insert to hold the products with different sizes.

Q. What is your Turnaround time?
A. For standard orders, it takes 8 - 12 days to complete the job from production to deliver at your doorstep.

Q. Can you print CMYK and Pantone colors?
A. Yes, we can do Full Color (CMYK Process) and One or Two-Color Printing (Pantone, PMS, or Spot Ink Colors).

Q. Is there any minimum order requirement at Packhit?
A. We are adaptable to any of the MOQs. Regardless of what number of units you require, we offer the highest quality packaging.

Q. Do you charge the transporting fee?
A. We don’t charge any additional expenses for the deliveries and so forth. We invoice “all included” quotes.

A. We make boxes with rigid, cardboard, kraft, and corrugated stocks.

A. Obviously, by utilizing the advanced technologies we can print any of the images, emblems, and illustrations, etc.

A. We provide the design specimen every time before starting the production.

A. We make the boxes with any of the needed measurements. This is our specialty.

Q. We have several products of different sizes. How can we place them in a single box?
A. You can have one big box for all the commodities. Or we can place inserts. Thus, you can accommodate all the products at once.

Q. What are your turnaround timings?
A. Our standard production time is from eight to twelve days.

The most common example of the two piece simplex with shallow lids is shoe boxes. The cavity of this style of box is suitable for different types of inserts. Therefore, many fragile and expensive products are packed inside two piece simplex with shallow lid boxes.

Two piece boxes can be made with cardstock, buxboard, Kraft, corrugated, and Rigid stocks. So, these boxes can have any level of durability and customization options. For example, the making customizations can be die-cut windows and cutouts. Also, there are many options for printing and finishing for these boxes as well.
